  @verizonfios the new guide isn't really adjustable, it fills the entire screen and now no longer has a "picture-in-picture" so that i can still see what i'm watching while checking the guide out.. your faq link you mentioned earlier doesn't provide any guide help.. terrible!

  @Phatpuss*Biiih My system crashed all day. I spent the last half of the day troubleshooting an issue I have no control over. Our VPN is NOT robust enough to handle the traffic. I have the best internet service( top teir FiOS gigabyte plan) plus cat6 ethernet cables. It's not me it's them.
