In today’s post, Julia and I are going to talk about the NEW Fenty Beauty Getting Hotter Collection.

We are also going to chat about the new lip care products that recently launched from the brand because even if not part of the collection is still a recent launches.

Fenty Beauty Getting Hotter COLLECTION: PRODUCTS

This collection includes seven lipsticks, three eyeliner kits, a lip balm and a lip scrub.

Vivid Liquid Eyeliner Trio

It comes in three shades with three eyeliners each (35$ each):

OUR THOUGHTS

Mimi:The eyeliners are fun but not something I’d personally wear, I do like the second kid though, the lipsticks are not my cup of tea.

I just got the lip balm today, the review is coming soon and the lip scrub doesn’t appeal to me, it’s too pricey and as I shared in my Spring Favourites I recently fell in love with the Essence Lip Scrub that is only a few bucks.

Julia: The lipsticks have nice packagings but the colors are really ugly, I don’t like them at all, those pinks are awful.

The eyeliners are beautiful but I already know that they will have absurd prices and I’m not interested.

The two lip balms inspire me a lot, I think they will be a bomb like the gloss.

Oh wow, those are some incredibly vibrant colors. I love her line, it keeps breaking more and more into the creative side of makeup. I would love to see the lipstick on tho.

HOT BLOODED is a must for me. I also want the balm and the scrub. Ugh. Fenty, why you do this? I really wanna get it now. I’ve actually unfollowed the account because I really love Fenty but I don’t wanna buy new ones since I still have so many.

I saw a review on YouTube of the liquid liners, and a few of the more pastel colors like the yellow & green cracked really badly on the girl after they dried down. I’m not too sure about this collection. I don’t really see myself wearing such neon shades very often. The lip care stuff I can probably just get from the drugstore at a fraction of the price.
