To start, head right. You should see the couple you helped reunite standing at a table. Interact with the guy. (The Lover 5/5)

Go to the right table to find Room 777. (Collector Item 22/25)
From here, go left back toward where you started (by Esme) and walk up the central path. Once you reach a circular desk, you can find Lucky Lion (Collector Item 23/25) on the left side.
Talk to the person behind this circular desk and ask for change. Try to Break the $1000 and you won't be able to trick them. (This will be needed for later.)
In the plant at the top left of your screen, you can get Monstrosa. (Sticky Fingers Casino 1/5)
Follow the red ramp down to a green bag. Use code 7-7-7 to open it for some cash. Go back up (past where you just got the Monstrosa sticker) and go to the right side of the staircase (between the stairs and the pillar) to find Reverse Merman. (Sticky Fingers Casino 2/5) To the right, sitting on the edge of the fountain is a Lucky Penny (Collector Item 24/25)
Go back to the left and get into the partitioned-off section with the tables. On the upper right table you will find Foot of Rabbit (Collector Item 25/25)
To the left, by the black bench seats, is the smoker to talk to one more time. (The Smoker 4/4)

Taught a smoker that smoking isn't cool, but giving money to strangers is.
Leave this area and go down through the opening on the left.
Talk to the kids in here. (Kids in a Trench 5/6)
Then grab the Horm Mask just behind their pink disguise.
Leave the kitchen and pickpocket enough money to reach $10,000. Once you have enough money, head up the stairs. At the center of the railing is Casino Luggage. (Sticky Fingers Casino 3/5)
Talk to the guard at the elevator and decide to give up the money to take the elevator. Go to the left and use the phone to call your mom. Be sure to tell her the truth this time.

Phoned your mom in every town, parking lot, and hotel you could.
Interact with the white door to the left until the Collector answers (he should answer the 5th time you interact with the door). Go through the dialogue.
- The Last Minute Birthday Party
Helped the collector realize he's kind of a cool guy.

Continue going left, to the end of the hallway, to find Cool S. (Sticky Fingers Casino 4/5)
Interact with the stair door to unlock it for Esme. Now, go to the right and interact with the white door on the right of the elevators to sell the Burblos. (Kids in a Trench 6/6)

Interact with the golden door to the right to enter. Right past the white doors is the last sticker of the area, Ricky’s Whiskey. (Sticky Fingers Casino 5/5)

Make your way down behind the fishtanks to listen in on the conversation. After Ted and the guard have left, walk over to Ricky to get busted.
Just wait around in the jail cell and eventually Esme will get you out.

Once you're out, go find Ted around the area with the tables and white tablecloths. Talk to him and Agree to the contest. (Pause to read the next part before finishing the conversation.)
Avoid going in the area around and behind the piano (even though you have enough money right now) to get this next achievement. Once you’re done talking, go to the right of the stairs and grab the brown briefcase in front of the bar (see picture below). Go back over where you talked to Ted and exchange the empty briefcase for the one the guard is standing by with the money sticking out.
(Just a note: If you get the achievement after switching them, then meeting up with Ted is optional.)
Go wait for Ted by the fountain and piano. A cutscene should start.

Took Ted's briefcase without participating in his contest.

During the conversation, I chose to stall with Ted so Esme could talk to him too, but you can choose whichever option you'd like - either way Esme will meet up with him.
After that, open your fanny pack with 
and put the Horm Mask on. Go back to the central desk and ask for change again, agree to break the $1,000. Choose any options you’d like here, they all lead to the same outcome.

Go back upstairs using the elevators, and go to the right, back through Ricky’s golden door. Time to confront Ricky – go through all the dialogue and after a short cutscene, you’ll be back in Lisbon. Write in your journal when prompted.
